Session Breakdown
Initial Session (1.5 - 2 hours)
The first session is the most extensive, allowing us to establish rapport and understand your goals. During this time, we will discuss your aspirations and any challenges you face. You will also experience hypnosis, which may be your first encounter with this powerful technique.
Follow-Up Sessions (1 - 1.5 hours each)
The second through fourth sessions focus on reinforcing the behaviouural changes you wish to achieve. Each session builds upon the previous one, utilizing tailored suggestions and techniques to embed new beliefs into your subconscious mind.
Consolidation Session (1 hour)
After a four-week break, the fifth session serves as a consolidation of the changes made. This session is crucial for ensuring that the new behaviours are sustained and integrated into your daily life.
